WRO Learn – Our free WRO learning platform

WRO Learn is a free online learning platform developed by WRO, designed to make robotics education accessible to students, coaches, and teachers worldwide. From beginners taking their first steps to experienced teams preparing for global competitions, WRO Learn provides essential resources to build knowledge, skills, and confidence.

This platform is central to our mission to bridge the gap between education and employability, empowering young people through robotics education.

WRO Learn aims to become the preferred online learning platform for the global WRO community by providing structured educational content and resources that enhance the experience of participating teams, educators, and judges:

• Comprehensive Robotics Courses: Learn everything from foundational robotics concepts to advanced competition skills such as coding, robot design, and teamwork.
• Supporting Coaches and Judges: Courses and resources specifically created to equip coaches and judges with the knowledge and confidence to effectively support and evaluate teams.
• Collaborative and Interactive Learning: Webinars, virtual training sessions, and interactive modules designed with feedback from our global community of teams, coaches, and organizers.
• Virtual Classrooms and Progress Tracking:Create customised virtual classrooms to manage student groups, assign relevant courses, and monitor individual and team progress throughout their learning journey.

Our vision for WRO Learn is ambitious and ongoing.
We will continuously enhancing our platform through:

• Regularly updated courses and content.
• Collaboration with universities, robotics companies, and technology providers.
• Certification programs for students and teachers, validating their knowledge and skills.
• Expansion of resources like virtual robotics and simulation tools.

WRO Learn has officially launched with its first set of courses mid-July, 2025. The first courses and materials focus mainly on the Future Innovators category and are available in five languages. Following the launch, we will continue to add new courses and platform enhancements based on community feedback.
Materials we will develop in the coming months will be focused on:

• RoboStarter content,
• courses for RoboMission,
• sample robotic projects,
• additional guides for judges and National Organizers.
