Our international final starts on Friday, November 8 in Hungary, AND the documentary ME & MY ROBOT premieres at the opening ceremony!
We've waited a long time, and now it's finally here – the ME & MY ROBOT premiere. The documentary follows 18 teams from 10 different countries who are participating in World Robot Olympiad. We see their trials and tribulations as they head to Thailand for the 2018 final. Why is it important? Because these kids use the common language of engineering to tackle the world’s most complex problems.
The documentary premieres November 8 during the international final in Hungary, and will be part of a campaign to inspire students to explore their interest in STEM.
The documentary is a collaboration between WRO and Premium Partner Juniper Networks, and presented by Juniper Networks and executive producer James Redford. To increase the impact of the film, it will be part of a campaign to inspire students to explore their interest in STEM. We will write more about this in the beginning of 2020.
